Board of Directors 2025-26

President | Austin Zaranko

(president@juniorleaguealbany.org) Austin joined the Junior League of Albany in 2017 after relocating from NYC as a way to get involved her in local community.

Austin has served on the Little Black Dress Committee for the last four years where she was committee Chair for two years. After graduating from the University at Buffalo with a BA in Psychology she moved to NYC and worked in Residential Real Estate and Luxury Retail.

Now a stay at home Mom, Austin lives in Delmar with her husband and two young children and enjoys traveling and marathon running.

President Elect | Jennifer M. Dick

(PresidentElect@juniorleaguealbany.org) Jennifer joined the Junior League of Albany in 2018 after serving previously in the Junior League of Syracuse (New York).

She has served with JLA as Secretary, Training Chair and VP of Nominating.  Jennifer received her BS in Psychology from St. John Fisher College (now University) in Rochester, New York and received her MS in Counseling from Syracuse University.  She began working at Aflac in June 2011 and while served in various roles, is currently a Sr. Consultant on the Digital Distribution & Partnership Team.

Jennifer lives just east of Albany with her husband, Mark and dog, Cooper.

Treasurer | Any O'Donnell

(treasurer@juniorleaguealbany.org) Any joined the Junior League of Albany in 2023. She enjoys traveling to new places and spending quality time with her family, along with many other hobbies and interests that keep her engaged and inspired.

She believes strongly in kindness and the power of teamwork, striving to live her values every day. Whether in her work or personal life, Any is dedicated to making a positive impact and approaching challenges with a positive attitude.

Secretary | Kendall Joyce

(secretary@juniorleaguealbany.org) Kendall joined the Junior League of Albany in 2015 and currently serves as Secretary. She has also held the positions of VP of Nominating and VP of Community on the Board.

Kendall received her BS in Communications from the University of Miami and her JD from Brooklyn Law School. Currently, she is an attorney for New York State practicing labor and employment law.

Kendall lives in Albany with her husband, Chris, their son, Jamie, and their dogs, Lilly and Maisie.

Vice President Communications | Gillian Hamilton

(communications@juniorleaguealbany.org) Gillian joined the Junior League of Albany in 2023 with the goal of engaging in hands-on volunteer work within her community. She became a member of the Board of Directors in 2025.

She earned a B.A. in Journalism from SUNY New Paltz in 2020 and a B.A. in Economics from the University at Albany, SUNY in 2021, and most recently completed her M.A. in Economics from the University at Albany.

After three and a half years working in local news media, Gillian transitioned to a career in public policy and currently serves as a Government Affairs Associate at Statewide Public Affairs, Inc. She lives in Downtown Albany and enjoys photography, running, hiking, and connecting with local organizations and neighbors.

Vice President Community | Maeve Lucas

(community@juniorleaguealbany.org) Maeve joined the Junior League of Albany in 2020 after moving to Albany in 2018 thanks to an invitation from a coworker. She joined the League to get more involved in the community and meet like-minded women.

Maeve received her MPH from The University at Albany School of Public Health and B.A. from Siena College. Currently, she works for the New York State Executive Chamber as the Senior Policy Advisor for Labor and Workforce.

She is recently married and lives in Albany with her husband Matt and cat, Smudge. She loves traveling, spending time outdoors, and dancing.

Vice President Fund Development | Johanna Hackemack

(funddevelopment@juniorleaguealbany.org) Howdy! Johanna joined the Junior League of Albany in 2016, the day after moving up here from the great state of Texas. She has been active with the Fund Development Council for the majority of that time and has also held roles as the Nominating VP and Member-At-Large.

Johanna currently works as the Pastoral Associate at St. Pius X Church. She loves being outside (when it’s above freezing) and spending time with her husband, Michael, and two energetic boys.

Vice President Membership | Carrie Harring

(membership@juniorleaguealbany.org) Carrie joined the Junior League of Albany in 2021 after being introduced to the League by a friend and fellow member.  She joined the JLA to give back to her community in a meaningful way and also connect with local women. Since joining, she has actively contributed in various roles, including serving on the Community Council, representing the JLA as a delegate and board member of NYSPAC, co-chairing the New Member Committee, and currently as the Vice President of Membership.

Carrie holds a B.S. in Healthcare Administration and an MBA from the Sage Colleges. Professionally, she is the Director of Government Affairs at a lobbying firm based in Albany.

Residing in Chatham, Carrie enjoys reading, golfing, rewatching Friends, and discovering the best of the Capital Region alongside friends and family.

Vice President Nominating | Quinn Rapp-Ellis

(nominating@juniorleauealbany.org) Quinn joined the Junior League in 2019 as a way to meet like-minded women in the Albany area.

She has previously served as Member-at-Large, Secretary, Rockwell Scholarship Chair, and as a member of the Nominating committee.
Quinn earned her J.D. from New York Law School, M.A. from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, and B.S. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She currently works for the New York State Executive Chamber serving as the Governor’s Assistant Secretary for Labor & Workforce.
She lives in Niskayuna with her husband, Mike, their daughter, Whitney, and their three cats and two dogs.

Member at Large | Erica Pandolfo

(memberatlarge@juniorleaguealbany.org) Erica joined the Junior League of Albany in 2019 and currently serves as the Member at Large. She joined the league after moving to Albany from Long Island, motivated to give back to her new community and develop friendships with other incredible women.

Erica has primarily served in the JLA Membership Counsel, serving in roles such member events and new member co-chair. She received her BA in Elementary Education from King’s College and her JD from SUNY Buffalo Law School.

Erica currently works as Deputy Counsel at the New York State Office for People With Developmental Disabilities. She also teaches post-graduate courses on Education and Special Education Law at her alma mater, King’s College. She enjoys cooking, travel, art, and exploring the Capital District.
